How do I place a wholesale order?
Registered a wholesale account with us? Great! We have several ways to place your order: by phone, email or online.
Can I get my order shipped today? What is the delivery time?
Orders that are placed between Monday - Friday before 12pm AEST, are shipped on the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. All Showpony orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping, and we offer FREE Express Shipping on order over $450.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit card payment, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Zip Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and bank transfer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days if the item provided the package has not been opened and the extensions are still in re-saleable condition. Prior to returning an item, you must contact the Showpony head office team to discuss your return. The team will email you a copy of the Returns Form which you will be required to include in the parcel with your items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for any returns.
